About Caroline Product training lesson :

1) About refining cream :
refining cream is the key to prevent pimples.
To cure pimples, apply 2 times refining cream every day.
To prevent pimples, apply 1 time refining cream every day is enough.
I stop 5 days, don't apply refining cream for 5 days, pimples also won't grow, but 6th day i stop, it will grow new pimples. So maximum is 5 days for me to stop using refining cream.

2) About rejuvenation lotion :
Apply rejuvenation onto pimples areas only. And you should not apply it after pimples are gone. Because it will dry out your skin. You apply it only when u have pimple. Apply it then apply refining cream can get faster result.

3) Why label and catalog shows rejuvenation lotion can apply onto whole face? It is because some people face skin is thicken, their skin can stand for the power of rejuvenation lotion, that's why they can apply it onto whole face.

5) Different between Oxygen H2O Cream and Hydrating Serum :
- Hydrating serum provide more water and more moisturiser to skin if compare to Oxygen H20 cream.
- Oxygen H2O Cream is not cream actually, the label is wrong, it is gel actually. Some people don't like to use cream, they like to use gel because gel can give cold feeling.

6) Different between UV cream and Arbutin 4:
Arbutin protection moisturizer has 3 functions, moisturising, whitening and sun blocking. It is 40spf sun block. It will give u long term white skin. It is not suitable for oily / pimples problem skin.

uv cream has 1 function only sun block and 25spf only. Although it can give u whitening effect immediately but the whitening effect cannot last for more than a day. Beige color of UV cream is suitable for oily / pimples problem skin because it won't clog pores.

7) Arbutin Whitening cream is more effective than fairness ampoules because expensive, if customer is poor, then take fairness ampoules.

8) Ampoules always used with Ultrasonic in salon shop, it will be less effective if without ultrasonic, u can use dermaroller to replace ultrasonic, dermaroller is rm95 per piece.

9) For people who don't have pimples, they must not use 2in1 purifying cleanser and they must not use Facial cleanser foam, because both products are for oily / acne problem skin people. If the people don't have pimples but use any of the 2 products, it will be too dry for their skin. Normal / dry skin people only suitable to use Deep Cleansing Milk and Facial Foaming Gel.

10) It is better to use both Deep Cleansing Milk and Facial Foaming Gel together, they work together. Deep cleansing milk is to remove the dusts and make up. Firstly apply Deep Cleansing Milk on face, massage it, DO NOT wash it with water, just use tisu paper to rub away it. Then Clean your face with Facial Foaming Gel.

11) What happen if using Deep Cleansing Milk without Facial Foaming Gel? You will feel your face is oily because Deep Cleansing Milk is oily.

12) What happen if using Facial Foaming Gel without Deep Cleansing Milk? You will feel your face become dry.

13) Do not ask those red sensitive skin people use whitening products. Many sellers misunderstand whitening products can cure redness marks but actually whitening products will make their skin become more and more sensitive... Customers will angry u if u spoil their face by suggesting wrong products for them

Question : Is it Dermadex and Caroline is the same? because i saw their refining cream and cleanser textures and smell are the same...
Answer : No, they are not the same, Dermadex refining cream is too power, 3 days can cure all pimples but it will dry out your skin too fast, and it will make your skin thinner become sensitive skin. Caroline refining cream is less power, 7 days to cure pimples, slow but safe, it won't make your skin thinner and won't make your skin dry.

Question : Do you wrap the products with burble paper when u are posting it to customers?
Answer : No, because the bottles of caroline product are very hard, won't break. Sometime the astringent fall off is because the pump bottle leak because the factory workers didn't spin close tightly the pump head. It is the responsibility of seller to check whether or not the pump head is spin close tightly. I always check it before I post it, so don't worry.

Question : Why your refining cream is different color than other? What is different between milky color and orange color of refining cream? Why your refining cream has small small thing like crystal?
Answer : Refining cream is milky color is because it is fresh new. After u put it onto table for 2 months, it will turn into orange color. After another 2 months of orange color, it will turn into oily liquid. The small small things like crystal will melt down into cream after 2 months. It is like ice-cream, hard ice-cream melt into soft cream. Then soft cream melt into liquid.

Question : Are your products authentic?
Answer : There is no unauthentic caroline product on the market, so please stop listening to the fool from other sellers, they cannot offer u cheaper price, so they cheat their customers those cheaper price products are not authentic. You can't even can find an unauthentic product on the market. All my products are authentic, and all caroline products on the market are aunthentic too. Thank you.

I planned to post my question to stackoverflow.com to ask some experts from there. But when I was typing my question in very detail on stackoverflow.com, then only I realize my code "hideposting();" show on 2nd page and it works to hide the posting from 1st page although the code is on 2nd page, so I stated think "why???" and I suddenly realize 1st page call the code from 2nd page, so the code on 2nd page is still on 1st page, that's why the code on 2nd page is working on 1st page!

Positioning / Sorting DIV by using HTML and CSS Position instead of Table

How to use html and css to arrange / sort / position 3 divs like the picture below?
We can't do that with <table><tr><td> without css margin-top:-50px. Any other way to do it without using css margin-top:-50px? The solution is I just need css position:relative on wrapper div (green color). Then css position:relative on 1st div. Then Css position:absolute, top:10px; left:220px; on 2nd div. Then Css position:absolute, top:220px; left:210px; on 3rd div. Example of codes :
If u want to move the wrapper to center of page, u can use margin: 0 auto;

If u want to move the divs inside the wrapper to left, u can use float:left; But float:left; makes the wrapper cannot apply height:auto which depend on height of div inside the wrapper. Solution is remove float:left

The problem that faced by classified websites

Those classified websites like ebay.com, lelong.com, mudah.my, alibaba.com are facing the same problem from beginning until now. Actually all of them want to charge the seller by 1% of total sale. But the problem is when the seller deal with buyer outside, as long as the buyers has the email address or phone number of buyers, sure they will deal outside like bank in or cod and the buyers won't click on "buy" button on their website. If buyers don't click on "buy" button, then website admin CANNOT know the price of sale, so CANNOT charge 1% fee from the total sale.

And all the websites admins don't know how to prevent sellers and buyers deal outside. That's why those websites won't charge 1% of total sale but charge the advertising fee! It is very unfair to sellers, the sellers spend their time to write and post advertisement onto the website and yet the website still want to charge them money, so not only they lost time post advertisement and also money too! The worst thing is if they cannot sell out the product after they advertise on your website, they will wasted their money for NOTHING!

So my website won't charge fee for advertising, I charge 1% of total sale. For example, when the seller success sell out the item at USD100 from my website, I earn USD1 from the seller. So it is fair to the sellers, because if the seller can't sell out the item, he don't need to pay anything to the website admin.

I spend 2 years to figure out the solution, but I can't think of any solution. Previously I figured out few solutions but all of them don't work. For example :
1) Don't allow seller show the hp number and email on their advertisement, this solution won't work because it will cause inconvenient communication between sellers and buyers, think about it when the sellers have many questions about the products and when the sellers want to COD, sure they need hp number of each other to communicate to each other.

2) Free gifts will be given to the seller if the buyer click "buy" button, this solution won't work because the free gifts are not worth than the 1% of total sale, the sellers will ignore the free gifts.

3) 10% discount will be given to buyers if the buyers click "buy" button, this solution won't work because it will be very inconvenient for sellers to state the price of item, and if the item price is 10% expensive than the real item price, the buyers will misunderstand the item that advertise on my website is expensive than ebay.com/ lelong.com/ mudah.my and thus the buyers will not buy it from my website and they will go buy from other websites.

Since 2 years until now I keep finding the solution for this issue. Finally today I find out a perfect solution to prevent sellers and buyers deal outside. Now I can earn profit of 1% of total sale. Sorry that I can't tell you the idea / solution. If you are interested to know my idea or solution, you have to pay me RM10,000 then only I will tell you the perfect solution.

Fedex Clearance Delay in Malaysia

I ordered 15 bottles of facial cream from US country, the seller shipped the package by Fedex from United State to Malaysia. Fedex tracking show "Clearance Delay" at Malaysia air-port for 12 days already, here is the tracking. So I phone calling to Fedex company to ask what happen to the package. Below were the process steps :

1) I phone calling to Fedex company by international customer service at +18004633339 and I asked "May I know what happen with my package? The tracking shows Clearance Delay, the tracking number is 502573318418". She answered "Your package is hold by custom and required submit pharmacy certificate to the costom, the sender didn't give us the pharmacy certificate, and we can't manage to contact the sender, so we can't clear the package from custom". I wasted RM0.60 for this call.

2) I phone calling the sender (the seller of facial cream in US country) and I said : "My package is hold by custom and I need you to send me the certificate of origin and certificate of pharmacy to me, I need to print them out and submit to Malaysia Custom". She replied : "What certificate? Sorry I don't know anything about it, I need to ask my supervisor about this, can you call back after 2 hours"? I wasted RM0.50 for this call.

3) I phone calling Fedex Penang phone number 046438822 and asked : "My package is hold by custom now and may I know what should I do in order to let the custom release my package"? He answered "You need to apply Pharmacy Notification and submit it to custom, you can contact pharmacy department phone number 042292319 to apply the Pharmacy Notification". I wasted RM0.30 for this call.

4) I phone calling pharmacy department 042292319 and I asked : "My package is hold by customer and I need Pharmacy Notification to clear the package from custom". She replied : "Where is your package now? If you package is not in Pharmacy department or if without the custom form, then we can't examine the products and thus we can't give the pharmacy notification". I answered : "It is already 2 weeks, I think the package is in Pharmacy department now". She replied : "Can you give me the name of person who in charge with your package in pharmacy department"? I answered : "I don't know". She replied : "You should ask Fedex office to check they submit the package to who, I need the name of the person". I wasted RM0.30 for this call.

5) I phone calling Fedex Malaysia phone number 046438822 and I asked : "Can you email me the custom's form? Because I need to submit the custom's form to Pharmacy Department in order to get their approve and get the pharmacy notification in order to let custom release my package". After 15 minutes I received the email with attached the custom's form from Fedex.

6) I phone calling Fedex Malaysia phone number 046438822 again and I asked : "May I know where is my package now"? She replied : "Your package is in Fedex office here". Then I asked : "How can the pharmacy department examine my products if you Fedex didn't send over the package to pharmacy department"? She replied : "I am not sure about, I am going to ask the custom now, after that I will contact u back okay"?

7) I wait for 3 hours but didn't receive Fedex contact at all, so I phone calling Fedex Malaysia phone number 046438822 again and I asked : "How can the pharmacy department examine my products if you Fedex didn't send over the package to pharmacy department"? He replied : "Normally pharmacy Department just need the Custom's form in order to give pharmacy notification to Custom. If they really require examine the product, then only we send it over there". 10) Next next day I phone calling Pharmacy department 042292319 again and I asked : "May I speak to Tneh Kor Nin"? She replied : "He is on meeting now, can you call back after 2 hours"?

11) I waited for 2 hours, then I phone calling Pharmacy department 042292319 again and I asked : "May I speak to Tneh Kor Nin"? He replied : "He is not here, he went to outside do something now". I asked : "When will he back"? He answer : "He will be at outside until evening, I think you better call back tomorow".

12) Next next next day I phone calling Pharmacy department 042292319 again and I asked : "May I speak to Tneh Kor Nin"? She said he is not here again!!! She told me : "If you want to apply Pharmacy notification, u have to write a letter and bring it here personally". I replied : "Okay, I will go your office now".

13) After I reach there, they told me sorry we can't do pharmacy notification here, you have to apply it from Kuala Lumpur, you can apply it through their website at http://www.bpfk.gov.my. So I go to the website and realize the website is full of error, cannot register, cannot login, so how to apply it from the problem website?

14) I phone calling the customer service of bpfk website and I asked "I want to apply pharmacy notification for cosmetic products". She said : "You have to apply a smartcard first, then only you can use the smartcard to login into our website.

15) I went to check the website and I saw the price of the smartcard is rm330, and the fee of pharmacy notification is RM50 per item.

16) I phone calling Penang Fedex office phone number 046438822 and I asked : "Since the custom block brightener cream only, can you release other items like the cleanser, scars removal cream and cellulite cream to me, and send back the brightener cream to US country"? Unfortunally Fedex answer : "No, we cannot do that, we have to send back the whole package". (Can you see how low EFFECTIVE is Fedex service? I have waiting my products for more than 2 weeks! Sigh! I am not sure Fedex suck or Pharmacy Department suck. I think Fedex didn't submit the custom form to Pharmacy Department before step 6)

17) I post few questions on forum website to get some advices from other people at http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?act=ST&f=153&t=2151879.

18) Since the Pharmacy notification is expensive as the cost of RM530, I think I will just give up. I will let Fedex send the whole package back to US country. Since Kastam block the product of brightener cream, and didn't block scars removal cream, so if I import scars removal cream without brightener cream will not be blocked by Kastam anymore. I already bought scars removal cream on 13 Dec 2011, it will take 12 days to reach Malaysia, so it will arrive at my house on 25 Dec 2011.

19) I need to include two refund policy documents into the package before Fedex send the package back to United State, because without the policy documents, the seller won't refund the money to me. So I bring the two policy documents to Fedex office but the officer told me that my package is not in this office, my package is still at air-port. Then I phone the air-port fedex and I said : "Hello, I want to include two refund policy documents into my package and I want u send the package back to United State". She answer : "Let me ask the custom first, tomorow morning I will call you back, then only you email us the two documents".

20) I didn't get any call from Fedex on next day, but I saw the tracking status shows "International shipment release". So it mean Custom already released my package. I think the package is released custom so that Fedex can send it back to United State? Or the custom decided release the package to me without pharmacy notification? So I phoned Fedex to confirm it and Fedex told me that the package is on the way to delivery to my house. WOW.

21) Today Friday I still didn't get the package, so I phone calling Fedex office (046438822) to ask where is my package now and can I go to Fedex office collect it by myself? He said I must phone calling Fedex free toll (+60377211388) to ask about it. So I do it and she replied "She said tomorow only I can go collect it by myself, she said she will phone calling me by tomorrow morning".

22) Today Saturday 11.30pm and I still didn't receive any call from Fedex, so I call Fedex free toll (+60377211388) to ask "can I go to Fedex office to collect my package by myself"? He said "Yes, you can go collect it by now and today Fedex office will close at 2p.m, so you must go there collect it before 2p.m".

23) I went to Fedex office at 12.10p.m and the officer said "Sorry, your package is not yet arrive at this office, it will arrive here at 12.30p.m, so I just wait there for 20 minutes, but I wait until 1.10p.m the package still didn't arrive at the office, I cannot wait anymore and I want to QBM shopping complex watch movie in cinema, so I leave a note there by writing "please call me when my package is arrive, 016-4833944 Mr.Zac".

24) I went to QBM shopping mall eat lunch and buy movie ticket and go toilet, Fedex officer phone calling me when I was in toilet at 2.30p.m. He said : "Your package is arrive in Fedex office, please come to collect it before 3p.m". So I rush to get my car from carpark, and I stuck in carpark because too many cars queue up. Then I lap car 120km/hour try to get Fedex office before 3p.m, finally I made it. I got the package now!

Look at all the 24 procedures that I went through! Fedex is suck! I won't use Fedex anymore!

HTC Sensation XE camera tests

Sensation XE camera cannot apply 2 scenes at the same time, so if I apply Low Light scene, then I can't apply Action scene, so you cannot capture good and clear picture on a moving cars at night, sad.

This dogs pictures were captured under +2 exposure and + 2 sharpness. It become too bright! So I must not increase the exposure when there is bright sun.

Moreover, my hand need to be very steady then only can capture clearer picture. If my hand shack a bit (not do it on purpose), the picture that I captured will become blur.

Picture below was captured with focus on entire picture, so entire picture look very clear, every words look clearly. Because I put the camera near to the object (paper), so the focus is able to cover entire picture :

when you capture a pic by your phone camera, you focus on the object, so the the object become clear but all other things become blur on the picture. So how to make the object and all other things become clear on the whole picture? how to make nothing blur on the picture? Easy! You just need to move d camera closer to the object! I think it is because there is digital zoom happened when u put too far the distant between the camera and the object, zooming make picture blur. You cannot control digital zoom, you can control optical zoom only. You can't even know digital zoom happen inside the camera, so if you put the camera closer to the object, then digital zoom will not occur, so picture won't blur outside the focus area.

The stereo microphone is too sensitive, so become very noise. Some people said set it to mono microphone will reduce the noise. Summery of all weakness of HTC Sensation XE :
1) Camera capture blur pic if hand shake just a little bit.
2) Video recording stereo mic is too sensitive to the sound, so video recording sound very noisy and poor sound.
3) If you want camera capture picture on a moving car at night, u won't get a nice picture because u cannot set low light scene and action scene at the same time.

4) xe battery don't know how to handle the 1.5ghz dual core processor so battery life cannot last for long (The 100% full battery is enough for me to play game continuously for 4 hours only). Don't charge your phone battery while playing game because it will damage your battery. I suggest you buy extra 2 batteries, and 1 charger which can charge the battery without the phone, so you can use your phone to play game while the other battery is charged by the charger separately.

5) Cannot screen capture, there is no screen capture Android App that can compatible with HTC Sensation XE currently. Good news to all htc fan, you just need to press and hold the power button and press home button to capture screen! CHEER!
6) The housing / outlook of HTC Sensation XE is very ugly, especially the white housing.

Compare Sensation XE to Galaxy s2 :
1) Galaxy S2 screen is yellow color, camera capture on white wall become yellow wall too. Sensation Xe screen is true real color and camera capture on white wall get white wall picture.
2) XE battery don't know how to handle the 1.5ghz dual core processor so battery life cannot last for long. In contrast, Galaxy S2 battery know how to handle its processor very well, so s2 battery life can stay longer than XE.

The Dermagist Acne Treatment System was pretty easy to use, since it's only 2 steps, instead of the 3, 4, or 5 steps that I had to deal with in other acne treatments. The first thing I noticed was that the overall redness of my face was lessened almost overnight. It was a shock, let me tell you. I still had pimples, but they were much less noticable becuase they weren't all red and painful looking. It took about 2 weeks to get the pimples totally under control, but WOW am I glad I stuck with it.
