1. The Slurpee®licious contest will be held from 21st Sept – 18th Oct 2009 (both dates inclusive) unless notified otherwise.

2. Contest applicable to all Malaysian Residents.


3. Permanent and contract employees of Permanis Sandilands Sdn. Bhd. and 7-Eleven Malaysia Sdn Bhd (including its subsidiaries and related companies), their immediate family members, it’s promotion agencies, advertising agencies, PR agencies and its associate companies are not eligible to participate, unless stated otherwise.

4. This contest is open to all individuals, age 13 and above with valid Malaysian (new) NRIC numbers only.

5. For every entry, each participant would need to capture a photograph of yourself displaying your Slurpee®licious moment with any Slurpee product range and have it submitted to Slurpeelicious@nuffnang.com

6. For every photo submission, the Slurpee product must take up at least 40% of the entire photo size.

7. Participants could take photographs with any Slurpee flavour and cup size.

8. Participants are allowed to submit their entries with an optional narrative of your Slurpee®licious moment.

9. Judging will be based on public voting system via internet and also on the decision of Permanis Sandilands Sdn Bhd and 7 Eleven Malaysia Sdn Bhd’s panel of judges. The judges decision after taking into account of the public’s votes are final. No correspondences or appeals will be entertained.

10. The 2 main criteria in determining the winners are the most creative Slurpee®licious face and enjoyable moment face with Slurpee.

11. Three (3) top prizes and three (3) consolation prizes will be given away for this contest.

12. First prize winner: Cash prize of RM 6,000 and 7-Eleven’s Gift Certificate of RM 100.
Second prize winner: Cash prize of RM 3,000 and 7-Eleven’s Gift Certificate of RM 100.
Third place winner: Cash prize of RM 1,000 and 7-Eleven’s Gift Certificate of RM 100.
3 consolation winners: 7-Eleven’s Gift Certificate of RM 100.

13. Prizes are non-exchangeable for cash and/or transferable to any 3rd party.

14. Permanis Sandilands Sdn. Bhd. and 7-Eleven Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. reserve the right to substitute the Prize with a Prize of similar value at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reasons thereof.

15. Prize will be presented to each winner by the end of the contest and voting period, subject to changes.

16. Each winner is entitled to one prize only.
