One common homemade solution for cleaning up a rabbit urine stain is to concoct a solution of equal parts water and white vinegar. First, blot and absorb as much of the rabbit urine as is possible. Then, apply your vinegar and water solution to the affected area. Allow the solution to set in and then continue to blot the area. Once you notice the stain and odor beginning to dissipate, apply more water to the area and continue to blot. Rabbit pee and poo only when they are eating. So you just need to make sure they stand on the litter box when they are eating. I use very high litter box, and the food container is hang on the litter box, so rabbit cannot reach the food if they stand on the floor, they need to jump onto the litter box to get the food. How to provide bigger place for rabbit to run and jump?
You must not lock your rabbit inside a small cage, they will become unhealthy if they don't have space to run and jump. But if you let them run and jump everywhere in your house, they might go bite your electric cables, get electric shock and die. So it is better you go to any big pet shop to buy few pieces of big fences to surround an empty space in your house to keep your rabbit inside the fences. Rabbits DEFINITELY eliminate themselves other than just when eating. The fact that YOUR rabbits eliminate while eating is circumstantial of the fact that their litter box (in which they've been trained to use) is placed in close proximity to their food sources. Rabbits will eliminate in litter boxes without it being anywhere near their food sources, and in fact, rabbits produce cecal pellets (grapelike clusters of undigested food that has been "pooped" out)that they will reingest for added nutrition. You may not have ever noticed these clusters because they usually occur in private, and in the early morning hours when most of us humans are asleep. Therefore, your rabbits WILL eliminate themselves whether or not their litter box is located near a food source...just thought you should know! --Rabbit breeder and vet tech

The most important part is the EXTRACTION of both the cleaner and the urine from the carpet.Hire a trained professional for this or it all just remains there. There are NO cleaners that are consumer grade that do an adequate job and more importantly, it is the technicians skill and experience with the use of equipment and cleaning agents that get out the stain, not some product you add to the stain and leave ion.
