wamp error 2003 (hy000) can't connect to mysql server on 'localhost' (10061) or #2002 - No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

WAMP logo turn into orange color.

WAMP mysql console shows error 2003 (hy000) can't connect to mysql server on 'localhost' (10061).

localhost/phpmyadmin shows error #2002 - No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

Solution :
Step 1 : click WAMP orange icon and choose "Stop All Services".

Step 2 : go to c:\wamp\bin\mysql\mysql5.6.17\data\ and delete the 2 files ib_logfile0 and ib_logfile1.

Step 3 : click WAMP orange icon and choose "Start All Services".
